Purchase Policy

1. Delivery Confirmation
Once an order is confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier to the address provided at checkout, including but not limited to a mailbox, parcel locker, mailroom, or doorstep, Noun Naturals is not liable for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor tracking information and ensure they are available to receive the package.

2. Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of purchase. This includes apartment or unit numbers when applicable. Orders shipped to the address provided at checkout are considered properly fulfilled. Changes to the shipping address after an order is placed are not guaranteed and are subject to the sole discretion of Noun Naturals. If a package is returned due to incomplete or incorrect address details, additional shipping fees may apply for resending the order.

3. Shipping Delays
Estimated shipping timelines are not guarantees. Noun Naturals is not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or any other events outside of our control.

4. International Orders
Where applicable, international orders are shipped on a Delivered Duties Paid basis, and any duties or taxes are included at checkout.
All international sales are final. Returns, refunds, or exchanges for international orders are not accepted.
Subscription services are not available for international customers. Orders attempting to use an international address for a subscription will be blocked at checkout.

5. Subscriptions
Subscriptions involve recurring deliveries based on the frequency selected during checkout. The original payment method will be charged automatically for each renewal cycle. Customers may cancel or manage their subscriptions at any time using the website chat or links in the order confirmation emails.
