Return Policy
At Noun Naturals, we want every purchase to feel like a win. That’s why we offer a 10 Day Satisfaction Guarantee* so you can try your products with confidence. If you don’t like something, you can return it for a refund as long as it meets the criteria below.
Return Window
You have 10 days from the date your order is delivered to start a return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Prepaid return labels are not provided.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return under the 10 Day Satisfaction Guarantee*, the following rules apply:
• Returns must be initiated within 10 days of delivery
• Lightly used products are ok
• Products that arrive significantly used, empty, or heavily damaged from customer use cannot be refunded
• Proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, etc.) is required
*The 10 Day Satisfaction Guarantee applies only to eligible items. Any product listed as non returnable below is not covered.
Non Returnable and Final Sale Items
These items cannot be returned or refunded for any reason:
• All bars of soap
• Combs and brushes
• Bundle sets of any kind (Hair Care Bundle, Beard Care Bundle, Skin Care Bundles, etc.)
• Any order purchased with a discount including but not limited to:
• Discount codes
• Holiday sales
• Flash sales
• Black Friday or Cyber Monday deals
• Seasonal promotions
• Any order placed at a reduced price during the holiday season or major sale periods
If it was discounted in any way, it is automatically final sale.
How to Start a Return

Once approved, we’ll send you step by step return instructions

Ship your item back through any carrier you choose. For your protection, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping option
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
If something arrives damaged, something is missing, or your order is incorrect, please reach out within 5 days of delivery. Email admin@nounnaturals.com and include:
• Your order number
• Clear photos showing the issue
• Any proof needed to help us verify the claim
Once verified, we’ll fix the situation as quickly as possible.
Unauthorized Returns
Any product mailed to us without prior email approval may not be accepted or refunded. Always message us first before sending anything back.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm that your refund has been processed.
Refunds go back to the original payment method. Processing time can vary depending on your bank or card provider.
Gifts
If a product was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:
• It must be unused and in new condition
• You may request a refund or store credit
• Refunds always go back to the original payment method used by the gift giver
• If approved for store credit, a digital gift certificate will be emailed once the item is received
Shipping and Returns Process
• Customers cover return shipping costs
• Shipping fees are non refundable
• For returns valued over 75 dollars, we recommend using a trackable service or purchasing shipping insurance. Without tracking, we cannot guarantee that returned items will be received
If you lost your item or the package showed up damaged, proof must be provided for any claims.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after we’ve processed it:
• Double check your bank account
• Contact your credit card company
• Contact your bank since processing delays are super common

International Orders
All orders placed outside the United States are final sale. Due to customs and regulatory restrictions, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for international orders.
